Returns & Refunds Policy

Our Promise:

At Seekers Coffee, we want every purchase to leave you feeling nurtured and satisfied. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Window for Non-Coffee Items:

You have 30 days from the day you receive your eligible item to request a return. Just reach out to us at hello@seekers.coffee and we’ll guide you through the process.

Coffee & Perishable Items:

Because coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns on any coffee purchases. However, if you’re unhappy with the quality or taste, please email us at hello@seekers.coffee. We’ll work with you personally to find a resolution, whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or another solution to ensure you enjoy your Seekers experience.

Item Condition & Proof of Purchase:

For returns of non-coffee items, your item should be in the same condition you received it—unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

How to Begin a Return:

1. Contact us at hello@seekers.coffee with your order details.

2. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

3. Send your non-coffee item back to the address we provide.

Important:

Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first, as we won’t be able to accept it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know right away at hello@seekers.coffee. Pictures or videos help. We’re committed to making it right.

Non-Returnable Items (Beyond Coffee):

Custom or personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges:

Need a different product? For non-coffee items, the quickest way is to return your current eligible item and then place a new order once the return is approved.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

If we’re shipping into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Your item must still be unused, with tags and in its original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If yes, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need some time to process it. If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t seen your refund, please contact us at hello@seekers.coffee.
