Shipping policy
Order Processing:
We pour time and care into preparing your order, ensuring each bag of coffee is handled with the same thoughtfulness we put into roasting. Most orders will be processed and ready to ship within 2–3 business days after purchase confirmation. If any delays pop up, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
Coffee products ship free via USPS throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Standard ground shipping takes 2–7 business days once your order leaves our facility. Faster shipping options may be available at checkout.
International Shipping:
We’re proud to ship internationally, but we recognize it can be costly. For our customers outside the U.S., consider grouping your orders with friends or neighbors who love good coffee, or partnering with local coffee shops to place bulk orders. This can help offset shipping expenses and ensure everyone gets their fill of Seekers Coffee. To learn more about bulk options, visit our partners page.
Shipping Costs & Tracking:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and chosen speed. We’ll email you a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its journey. If you have questions or concerns, just drop us a line at hello@seekers.coffee and we’ll do our best to assist.
Lost or Delayed Shipments:
If you think your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We’ll work with our shipping partners to find a solution, whether it’s providing updates or sending a replacement when possible.
